Exchange an Order

Exchange items ordered
  • We do not provide support for exchanges. Customers are prompted to confirm all details — size, design, quantity — before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections.
  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and place a new order with your preferred selection.
  • If you have any queries about placing an order, feel free to reach out. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Cancel an Order

Time frame for cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled only within a 2-hour period following their placement.
  • Requests beyond this window are likely already sent for processing and shipping.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total order value will be applied during the cancellation process.

Return & Refund Policy

Valid for 30 days after delivery

Policy window

Our policy remains valid for 30 days following completion of delivery. After this period the order is deemed accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Accepted return conditions

We accept returns and issue a full refund when your item arrives in any of these states:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product arrives shattered.
  • The product design differs from what was ordered.
  • The incorrect product is received.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must NOT meet any of these conditions:

  • The item has been worn or washed.
  • The item has been altered in any way.
  • The item is defective from the original, unless the defect is our fault.
  • The item does not have its original tags.
  • The item has redundant thread that can be easily cut or repaired.

Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

  • Shipping label / receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defective items
  • Screenshots of emails previously sent to you

Return procedure

  • Send a refund inquiry to [email protected] with all required documentation.
  • Expect a response from our Customer Service team within 1 business days regarding eligibility. Please ensure email notifications are enabled.
  • No refunds will be issued unless you have received an email confirming eligibility.

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Alco Sport is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to an Alco Sport error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable standard return shipping costs to the US facility. Instructions are provided after approval.

Refund processing timeline

Refund processing takes up to 2 business days from receipt of your return. Once received, we will confirm via email and issue a full refund including your original shipping fee.

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take 10–15 days from the refund date depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Please read carefully
  1. Our policy is valid for 30 days from delivery completion. After this period the order is deemed accepted and no reimbursement is possible.
  2. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery without additional fees, except the return shipping cost.
  3. We are not liable for damages or losses incurred during the return shipping process. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
  4. Customers must contact our Support Team before initiating a return. We cannot be responsible for disqualified requests or items lost during the return process.
